The position
Engineer specializing in the supervision of construction projects.
Basic Responsibilities
- Effectively organize and manage the construction site, overseeing the process from excavation to project completion.
- Review and monitor the construction schedule to ensure timely and accurate execution of the project.
- Exercise careful control over the project budget, ensuring the achievement of financial objectives.
- Ensuring the quality of construction works and compliance with the specifications of materials used on site.
- Carrying out measurements, interim (monthly) / final work certificates and practical completion protocols to sub-contractors.
- Reporting work developments, schedule and financial progress of the project to management.
- Monitoring of staff Health & Safety rules.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum five years experience in construction projects.
- Passion for working in the construction sector.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Advanced use of AutoCAD.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Possession of a driver's license.
