How does the collaboration with Oxygon;

It starts with a brief from you (space, dimensions, project type, schedule). From there we prepare a detailed offer with specifications, materials and cost. After approval, production/supply and installation begins from our network.

Do you work with architects and civil engineers?

Yes, that's a big part of our work. We provide technical drawings, specification details, BIM-ready data if needed, and we collaborate with hotel project studies from the initial stage.

What documents do we need to send us an offer?

For swimming pools: dimensions (or plan/floor plan), project type (construction/renovation), preferred system (steel panel/concrete/other), location, building permit required. For SPAs: number of users, installation space (indoor/outdoor). In most cases, a little information is enough for an initial quote.

How quickly do you respond to offers?

For simple offers we respond the same day or the next business day. For more complex projects (hotel, custom design) within 3-5 business days. All initial discussions are without obligation on your part.

Do you provide installation outside Thessaloniki or abroad?

Yes. In Greece we have a network of facilities in all the main cities. Abroad we have a direct presence in Romania (Voluntari, through Oxygon srl) and we collaborate with local partners; in total we export to 22 countries.
