Swimming Pool Technician (Plumber)

OXYGON, a commercial company of swimming pool, whirlpool and water treatment equipment from 2009, with exports to 22 countries, is looking for Swimming Pool Technician (Plumbing) for installations, maintenance and service in private and professional projects in Thessaloniki and the wider Northern Greece.

Responsibilities

Installation of pool equipment: pumps, filters, skimmers, lighting, dosing units
Engine room hydraulic connections and piping network
Scheduled maintenance and operational checks
Diagnosis and repair of faults in pumps, filters and heating systems
Measurements and regulation of water chemical balances
Installation of water treatment systems (filtration, softening, osmosis)
Recording of work and materials in the company's system

Profile

Experience in plumbing or swimming pool maintenance/installation
Knowledge of reading engine room drawings (desirable)
Basic knowledge of electrical connections (desirable)
Category B driving license — required
Consistency, order and respect in the customer's space
Willingness to train in new products and technologies
Completed military service (for men)

Responsibilities

Customer telephone numbers and emails: products, availability, technical questions
Offers for pool, hot tub and water treatment equipment
Order tracking until delivery
Communication with professional clients in Greece and abroad
Recording customers, offers and orders in the company's system

Profile

Experience in sales or customer service (desirable)
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
Comfort with computer, email and spreadsheets
Politeness, patience and organization at work
Willingness to learn the products in depth
