We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our pool product range to existing and new wholesale customers and technical companies. This role requires technical expertise in pool equipment and systems, combined with strong sales and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for pool products.

– Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities, including prospecting and generating leads.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners by providing excellent service and support.

– Conduct product presentations and technical presentations to demonstrate the features and benefits of the company's pool products.

– Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing, to support product development and promotional activities.

– Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and market developments to inform sales strategies and product positions.

Requirements:

– Polytechnic Degree, Business Administration or related.

– Proven track record of technical sales success, preferably in the pool industry.

– Strong technical understanding of pool equipment, water treatment systems and related technologies.

– Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and partners.

– Self-motivated and results-driven, oriented towards detecting and exploiting business opportunities.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
