Our hot tubs feature a premium shell as we understand the importance of durability in your home investments. We use only the highest quality materials, such as the finest acrylic sheets, which are carefully formed in a vacuum environment and then reinforced with vinyl ester and fiberglass. After applying a hardener, the shell is coated with resin, fiberglass and calcium carbonate. In addition, reinforcing brackets and 1-inch angle irons are added to ensure superior strength of the structure. Finally, a final filler coat is applied to give strength and durability to the entire structure.
