We use only the highest quality materials, such as the finest acrylic sheets, which are carefully formed in a vacuum environment and then reinforced with vinyl ester and fiberglass. After applying a hardener, the shell is coated with resin, fiberglass and calcium carbonate. In addition, reinforcing brackets and 1-inch angle irons are added to ensure superior strength of the structure. Finally, a final filler coat is applied to give strength and durability to the entire structure
