Basalt Grey — how it looks in water

The darkest of the series. It gives deep, steel blue that strongly reflects the sky and everything around it — in an indoor pool the surface almost looks like dark glass. It fits in with modern architecture with cement, gray stone or large crystals, where the pool also acts as a mirror of the space.

Practically: the dark shade absorbs more solar heat, so the water rises a little faster in the spring — and it hides the fine dust better between cleanings. In return, you don't see the bottom as clearly as with a light shade.
