The two big HERAs work in logic direct production: the membrane produces 60 or 80 liters per hour and the water is released for use as it is produced, instead of waiting in a container. The profit is double — there is no stagnant water in the tank and the supply does not run out during peak hours. At 1.440 to 1.920 liters per day, they cover cafes, restaurants, small production units and networks with constant consumption. Same steel frame as the 300-500 series, larger membrane arrangement.

The reverse osmosis membrane retains dissolved salts, nitrates, heavy metals, microorganisms and chlorine residues, providing high-purity drinking water. It is the most effective treatment method for domestic and professional use.
For a family, a 5 or 6-stage undercounter system with a production of 8–16 lt/h (series Economy and Premium). If space is limited, the Compact they give the same quality in a smaller volume.
When the network pressure is below 2,5 bar the membrane does not perform properly. The models Premium and HERA They incorporate a pump, while an RO pump can be added separately to an existing installation.
Pre-filters (sediment and activated carbon) are changed every 6–12 months. The reverse osmosis membrane usually lasts 2–3 years, depending on the hardness and quality of the feed water.
GPD = gallons per day. It indicates the maximum production of the system: 50 GPD ≈ 8 lt/h, 100 GPD ≈ 16 lt/h, while industrial ones reach up to 9000 GPD.
In domestic systems yes — it stores the produced water so that it is immediately available at the tap. Direct production systems (HERA 600/800) work without a container.
