Compact cabin softener with resin and brine tank in a single body. Supply 2 m³ / h, capacity 8,5–25 lt.
Saturn is compact cabin softener: the resin column sits inside the brine tank itself, so the entire system is one box. Capacity 8,5 to 25 liters of resin with supply 2 m³ / h — the scale of the apartment or small detached house. The advantage is purely spatial: it fits into a kitchen cupboard or a small boiler room where a system with a separate tank would not fit. The trade-off is the salt reserve — a smaller tank means more frequent filling.

The Saturn It integrates the resin column and the salt container into one cabinet, so it can be easily placed in a limited space. It has an electronic head ASD2 and covers a flow rate of 2 m³/h.
The water passes through a column of ion-exchange resin, which traps calcium and magnesium ions — the salts that cause scale — and replaces them with sodium. When the resin becomes saturated, the head automatically performs a regeneration with brine from the salt reservoir.
It depends on the hardness of the water, the daily consumption and the number of people. For example, a 4-person house with medium hardness is covered by 20–25 liters of resin. Send us a water analysis and we will recommend the appropriate model.
The chronometric regenerates at fixed intervals. The volumetric measures the liters passed and regenerates only when needed, saving salt and water — it is the appropriate choice where consumption is not constant.
Practically every 1–2 months in a domestic installation, depending on hardness and consumption. The container should never be completely empty, as this stops the regeneration of the resin.
With clean feed water and proper operation, 8–10 years. Chlorine, iron, and suspended solids reduce the duration — therefore pre-filtration before the softener is recommended.
The water becomes slightly saltier as calcium is replaced by sodium. For drinking water we recommend a reverse osmosis system in the sink, along with a softener for the rest of the network.
