Industrial Swimming Pool Heater X-EWT 2.0 Smart Line

Industrial electric heater 36-72 kW with two separate chambers and triple thermal protection, in versions for chlorine or salt water.

Specifications

X-EWT 2.0 heaters are completely safe products with reduced vulnerability of electrical elements: the heating elements and the controller are located in two different chambers, so that any moisture in the first chamber does not affect the controller in the second.

Specifications

  • Two separate chambers: heating elements and controller
  • Shell PA66% Fg.FR non-flammable and pressure resistant
  • Stainless steel, Incoloy 825 or MagnaCoat® seawater coating elements
  • Three thermostats at 55 °C and pressure sensor — does not work without water
  • Versions for chlorinated or salt water; maximum temperature 40 °C
  • Operating flow 12-25 m³/h; installation directly in the circuit or in a by-pass

FAQ

How many kW does my pool need?
The rule of thumb for home pools is about 1 kW per 2-3 m³ of water to heat up within a reasonable time, with a pool cover. The exact choice depends on the volume, insulation, use of the cover and the season — call us and we will recommend the right model.
Electric heater or heat pump?
The electric heater provides instant heating, has a low purchase cost and is small in size — ideal for small pools, hot tubs and for rapid temperature increases. The heat pump has lower operating costs and is suitable for continuous heating of larger pools.
Which series should I choose?
Spa and Splasher for hot tubs and small pools, Evolution 2 (analog or digital) and Optima for domestic pools, Titan and X-EWT 2.0 for professional and public installations. The D-EWT series covers specific shell and material needs.
I have salt electrolysis — which heater is suitable?
Choose a model with a titanium heating element: the D-EWT Ti Line and D-EWT Neo Line Titanium series, or the X-EWT 2.0 versions for salt water. Titanium withstands high salt concentrations and seawater.
Where is the heater placed?
Always after the filter and before returning to the pool, horizontally or vertically on a wall depending on the series. The D-EWT series have Φ50 soldered outlets for direct connection, while the X-EWT 2.0 can also be installed in a by-pass.
What protections do they have?
All models have a rheostat or pressure switch that does not allow operation without sufficient water flow, a control thermostat and an independent overheating safety thermostat. The X-EWT 2.0 series add three thermostats at 55 °C and a pressure sensor.
How do I request a quote?
Choose a model, add it to the order or call us at 2310 810 000 — our team will help you choose the right power and series for your pool.
