The electric heaters of the X-EWT 2.0 series are completely safe products with reduced vulnerability of their electrical elements. The shell is pressure resistant and made of non-flammable plastic. The heating elements and the controller are separate in two different chambers. This offers the possibility that in the event that moisture or water penetrates into the first chamber where the heating elements are located, it will not affect the controller in the second chamber. The heating elements are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, incoloy 825 or MagnaCoat® coating (for use in seawater) and are connected by a TIG-welded flange. They are wired together in a three-phase heating element and allow the heater to be controlled solely by the operation sensor and the safety sensor. In case of failure it is guaranteed that the heater will shut down due to the safety sensor. Three thermostats set at 55°C ensure that the system will shut down if it overheats. Also a safety thermostat and a pressure sensor ensure that the system will not work if there is no water. It is a compact and flexible heater and you place it in every circuit. It can be placed directly in the circuit or in a by-pass.
